Abhi Naha

Abhi Naha is the founder of several technology scale-up companies, including ventures focused on assistive health technology and digital innovation. Formerly at PwC, he led the Digital Accelerator and contributed to AI and quantum strategy initiatives across emerging technologies. His work focuses on innovation, digital infrastructure, and inclusive technology, alongside academic collaborations and contributions supporting UN sustainability goals, responsible innovation, and long-term social impact through technology.

Olu Orugboh

Olu Orugboh is CEO and Co-Founder of Black Talent & Leadership in STEM, CEO of Synergy Solutions, and Chair of Cambridge Wireless. With more than 20 years of experience, she has led digital transformation programmes for organisations ranging from start-ups to global FTSE companies. Olu specialises in resilience, innovation, and growth strategy, while actively supporting underserved communities and championing inclusive leadership. Alongside her leadership roles, she is also a mother of two, balancing business leadership with family life and community impact.

Matthew Napleton

Matthew has worked with data-driven technologies for more than 20 years, focusing on solving complex challenges through a commercial and strategic lens. His experience spans a broad range of sectors and emerging technologies, including IoT platforms, connected vaping devices, and autonomous vessels. As part of the team, Matthew is focused on applying innovative data solutions to improve patient care, operational insight, and healthcare outcomes, while helping organisations unlock greater value through evidence-based decision-making.

Tom Longshaw

A strong believer in the transformative power of modern computing, Tom has held senior R&D roles at both DERA (Defence Evaluation & Research Agency) and Clearpace Software. As Chief Technical Officer at Ascension-Z, he leads the development of the company’s pioneering AI solutions, continually pushing the boundaries of technical innovation. In addition, Tom is an Honorary Reader in Computer Science at the University of Buckingham, reflecting his ongoing contribution to academic research and technological advancement.
